Phones, tablets & computers
Open the web app in a compatible current Chrome, Edge or Safari browser. A larger screen keeps the Counter’s products and bill side by side. Phones use a responsive view. Check the tasks you need on your own device.
Receipt printing
Browser printing provides 58 mm, 80 mm and A4 receipt layouts through the system print dialog. Your printer needs the correct driver and paper setup. Bluetooth or USB alone does not guarantee compatibility. Automatic printing requires a separately supported setup.
Barcode scanning
Keyboard-wedge scanners can enter barcodes as typed text. Camera scanning is available in compatible browsers with camera permission. Lighting and barcode quality affect recognition. Search by name or enter the code when a scan cannot be read.
Connectivity & device setup
Setup, syncing and shared live updates need a connection. Verify the supported tasks on your configured device before relying on offline work. The web app does not control your computer’s Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or printer drivers.
