Product, people, branch and storage allowances do not renew monthly. Check your account’s plan and usage before adding more. Contact us to discuss a change; there is no automatic paid upgrade.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The basic plan has no subscription fee or expiry. It includes the everyday essentials. See plan details for included features and allowances.
When would I need to pay?
Ask about Plus or Complete when you need more capacity or advanced features. We confirm what is included before you change plans. There is no automatic paid upgrade.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Check your account’s plan and usage. For more capacity, contact us to discuss your options. The monthly sales allowance renews each calendar month. Reaching a limit does not mean your existing records should be deleted.
Do I need to buy a POS machine?
You can start on a compatible phone, tablet or computer. Printers and scanners are optional; check compatibility first.
Can I use Nepali?
Yes. Choose Nepali or English in the app.
Does it work without internet?
Some tasks may work offline on a configured device. Setup, syncing and shared live updates need a connection. Check the supported offline tasks before relying on them.
Can I get help with my records?
Contact support to discuss the records you need. Do not send passwords or customer records in a public enquiry. Available report downloads depend on your account’s plan.
Are hardware and other service fees included?
Devices, printers and optional services are separate. Confirm any applicable charges before enabling a service.
